Delivery costs
Standard delivery to the United Kingdom is free on all orders. There are no extra delivery charges at checkout.
Processing and dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
- Your order is shipped by our fulfilment partner from our international warehouse in China

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery can take longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
VAT and customs
All prices include UK VAT. You will not be asked to pay any additional import VAT, customs duty or handling fees on delivery.
Tracking

Christmas delivery
To receive your order before Christmas, please order by [CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATE]. Orders placed after this date are still dispatched as normal, but delivery before 25 December cannot be guaranteed.
Delays and lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@monarchwear.uk with your order number. We will investigate and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
